UAE FTA Introduces New Tax Professionals Qualification Initiative

UAE, 25 July, 2024 : The Federal Tax Authority (FTA) has launched the Tax Professionals Qualification Initiative to train a new generation of tax experts. This initiative aligns with the Authority’s vision of investing in human capital and fostering a culture of lifelong learning.

The program aims to enhance the efficiency of the tax system, support the FTA’s strategy, and recruit top talent from university students and graduates. It is designed to improve performance, encourage continuous learning among Tax Agents, and raise tax awareness in the community.

Khalid Al Bustani, Director-General of the FTA, emphasized the initiative's goal to strengthen the UAE's tax talent pool through specialized and accredited training programs based on international standards. The initiative targets FTA employees, university students, graduates, and tax specialists.
